Bookkeeping and accounting services
I set up The Bottom Line in May 2017 with the aim of providing bookkeeping and accounting services for self-employed individuals and small businesses. My services include day-to-day bookkeeping, cashflow forecasting, general help, advice and support, as well as end of year tax returns, VAT and CIS returns. I am an authorised agent for HMRC matters and can, therefore, offer my clients a comprehensive service in these areas.
I am looking to provide a full Payroll (including Auto-enrolment) service in the future for those businesses who may be keen to outsource their payroll function.
My business currently uses Xero and I am keen to work with individuals and small businesses to encourage them to use this and similar platforms, particularly in view of HMRC’s Making Tax Digital program which is currently due to come into effect for all self-employed individuals and small businesses by April 2020.
